On the 2nd floor of the building beside the FamilyMart on the exit 7 side of Azabu-Juban Station. Look for the NINE azabu sign beside the black iron gate. Inside: a white marble floor, gilt-framed mirrors and a large crystal chandelier. One stylist takes you from consultation to finish. Men and children are welcome.

Every service starts with a consultation. Colour is planned for how it fades, and bleaching is done with care bleach to limit damage.
